Description: In the rare event that a user’s password expires and they log into a Domain device before their Intune device, the passwords will fail to sync. A routine password reset may allow access to the laptop itself, but logging into Microsoft Applications may return the “account is disabled” error. This can be solved by waiting until the Domain re-synchronizes OR having the user initiate a self service password reset.
Solution Guide:
- Have the user wait for up to 30 minutes to allow the domain to sync with the network.
- OR
- Have the user initiate a self-service password request by clicking "forgot password" when logging in.
