First Time Voice-mail Setup and Instructions 

At your phone, 
- dial 600 and you'll be prompted for your Mailbox ID which is your phone extension, and your Security 
Code which will also be your extension. 
- a 'tutorial' will begin, which will prompt you to speak your name, change your Security code, and 
record an outgoing message.

From outside of Cummins, dial 272-3334 
 1) when the message starts, press # then * and you'll be prompted for your Mailbox ID which is your 
phone extension, and your Security Code which will also be your extension. 
2) a 'tutorial' will begin, which will prompt you to speak your name, change your Security code, and 
record an outgoing message.

Once you have completed the tutorial and your voice mail is setup, 
A red flashing ‘msg’ button on your phone will indicate you have a message(s). 
To listen to messages, press the red flashing msg button on your phone and follow the auto attendant 
instructions. 

You can check your messages at any time from outside Cummins by calling 272-3334 or from any office 
by calling extension 600. When the message starts, press # then * and you'll be prompted for your 
Mailbox ID which is your phone extension, and your Security Code.
