In order to login to MIX properly you will need to make sure USER ID, PASSWORD, and ENVIRONMENT are all filled in correctly.
Sometimes the USER ID is blank and you need to type it in manually. Your username is usually your first initial and last name, unless instructed otherwise.
If all of these fields are filled in correctly and you continue to have trouble logging in, please include any error messages you receive in a ticket.
